Booking Information
Channel View Hotel is situated on the cliff top and has a variety of rooms to choose from. The hotel's main entrance is via a flight of steps. If you have difficulty with stairs please let us know at the time of booking in order that we can offer alternative access to the hotel. There is a lift from reception which assists guests to the upper floors. |

Accommodation
All rooms are en-suite and have been recently refurbished to the highest standard. The are well appointed, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. Each room is impeccably maintained and complemented by a fully tiled en-suite bathroom having either bath with shower over a freestanding shower with a selection of toiletries. All bedrooms have a remote controlled colour TV, radio alarm, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, welcome tray with beverages. there are three tariffs of room to choose from.

The hotel's Select accommodation is situated at the rear or side of the hotel. It offers an excellent base for a holiday on the island, at a very competitive price whilst maintaining the hotel's excellent standards. |

Premier accommodation is situated at either side of the hotel. All rooms have a pleasant outlook enjoying a side view of the sea. |
| Premier Plus |
Premier Plus accommodation is beautifully appointed and enjoys the luxury of superb front facing sea views. |

Access
There are several entrances into the hotel ~ The front entrance to reception is reached by 20 steps. Alternatively there is a ramped entrance just to the side of the building which also brings you into the reception area. Finally there is a ramped entrance heading from the small additional car park at the rear of the hotel. This entrance brings you into the hotel on the first floor, which is serviced by the lift. This entrance can be made available to you once you have checked into the hotel, please let us know at the time of booking. Please Note that due to the internal layout of the hotel there are a few steps to all the public areas and along most corridors. |
| Bookings can be made from any day to any day, short breaks to long holidays, including or excluding the car ferry on a Bed, Breakfast & Evening Dinner or a Bed & Breakfast basis. Please note that any length of stay can easily be quoted over the phone at any time. |
Written Confirmation
Time permitting, a written confirmation of your accommodation and ferry booking will be sent to you on receipt of the deposit. |

Deposits
A reservation fee of £30.00 per person is requested to secure your booking (this amount is non-refundable). Please make cheques payable to Channel View Hotel. All accommodation offered is subject to being available upon receipt of the deposit, which also secures your booking. |
Holiday Cancellation - Insurance
In the event that you have to cancel your holiday, every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation. However, insurance for your booking is strongly advised to cover your contract with the hotel - as should it not be possible to re-let, a two-thirds charge will be payable. |
Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure. |
Dining Out or Late Arrivals
We regret that no reduction can be made for meals not taken, late arrivals or early departures. |

Guests may take their table for breakfast 8.00-9.30a.m. ~ Dinner 18.30 - 20.00 |
Special Diets
There is a vegetarian choice at every meal. Special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement. |
Swimming Pool
Towels for swimming are provided at Reception free of charge. |
Valuables
The proprietors cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to valuables unless deposited at the reception. |
Dogs
Dogs are only accepted at the hotel by prior arrangement. There is a charge of £4.00 per day. Guests are requested not to leave them unattended in their bedrooms and they are not permitted in the public rooms of the hotel. |
Settlement of Account
This can be done prior to arrival or during your stay. Cheques are only accepted if presented five clear days before departure. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Switch, Delta, Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Eurocard, the exceptions being American Express and Diners Club.
