The Osborne Room
Channel View has an excellent reputation for its cuisine, serving traditional, continental and vegetarian dishes. The menu changes daily so there is wide choice throughout the week. Special diets can be catered for although some prior notice is appreciated. All the meals are prepared to a consistently high standard by the team of three experienced chefs lead by head chef Peter Vogt. Local farmers produce most of our beef, lamb, pork and milk.
Hospitality is provided by the welcoming and efficient waiting staff overseen by the watchful eye of restaurant manager Neil Smith. To compliment the fare there is a well chosen wine cellar and a variety of fine ports and brandies. Good food is part of the pleasure of everyone’s holiday and our aim is for you to enjoy the experience of dining in the Osborne Room.
